Tonight is going to be spectacular with a triple celestial event! We have a full Snow Moon along with a lunar eclipse and the New Year comet all in one night. Hoping we all have clear skies to watch these amazing events. If you are full moon sensitive you may have a hard time sleeping. Additionally with the weather changes, ice storm and lack of natural sunlight you maybe having a hard time staying grounded and focused.
This is definitely a time to practicing grounding, being present and taking time to breathe. Doing simple daily rituals and exercises can help us stay focused and raise our energy. This week I share some of my powerful and effective techniques for helping you sleep better and getting grounded.
