Have you ever met someone who just won't let go? They refuse to forgive the other person, but they suffer because of it. It seems to be an old belief that by not forgiving the other person that we are punishing them, in truth we only punish ourselves.
Forgiveness is the act of letting go of the hurt and pain we have held onto. When we forgive we allow ourselves to find peace and move on. This week I offer three pieces of advice on practicing forgivness and what it really means to forgive.
